Analysis of students’ creative thinking on plant microtechnical laboratory practices

چکیده
Empowerment of creative thinking skills is important in every lecture activity, including practicum. This study aimed to analyze students' Plant Microtechnique research used descriptive method which the participants were seventh semester biology education students (n=20) State University South Sumatera, Indonesia. The student has taken Course previous semester. instrument was essay test developed based on indicator. data processed by calculating percentage for each indicator and categorized into three levels (i.e., low, medium, high). findings revealed that students’ laboratory practices medium fluency indicator, low flexibility, originality, elaboration indicators. Therefore, it necessary revise learning strategies support empowerment Laboratory practices.
